History of TasteMate
We started off by selling products online on Instagram in 2014. Chicken liver pate is the first menu we delivered to our customers. We received great feedback with hundreds bottles of the pate sold within 2 months. This led us to refine the packaging to be more attractive with longer shelf life. Our brand awareness increased with the interests from our customers in our products, both as a gift and for personal consumption. We have been invited to set up a pop-up store and participated in many popular events hosted by leading malls and organizers, such as Siam Paragon, Zaap On Sale, Asiatique, TGIF, K-Village, Housewife Event, Central World, EmQuartier, and many more. We are also trusted by our customers to do catering for conferences and private parties. After talking to our customers, both online and at the pop-up store, for more than two years, we opened our first physical branch by choosing the location close to the BTS to make it convenient for our customers to pick up their orders and also for us to deliver our products to them. With this in mind, our first branch is located at Gateway Ekamai Shopping Mall. The first branch is a kiosk-style, emphasizing on serving high quality appetizers and unique signature entrées at an affordable price, appealing to the values of our international customers. Our focus on serving quality food at an affordable price, coupled with a variety of our homemade sauce, has attracted many frequent customers.
